Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dance Gz website ("the Site") and your booking and attendance of Dance Gz classes ("Classes"). By making a booking or attending a Class you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book a Class.

1. Bookings

  • Reserving a spot through the Site creates a provisional booking. Your spot is held for 24 hours from the time of your reservation.
  • After you reserve, we send a booking receipt to the email address you provide, containing the class details, total price, payment instructions, and the studio address.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed via the instructions in your receipt, or in person at the studio before the Class begins.
  • If payment is not completed within 24 hours, your provisional booking may be released to other customers.
  • No payment is taken directly through the Site.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are displayed on the Site next to each Class and in your booking receipt, and are stated in US dollars unless indicated otherwise.
  • The price you pay is the price shown at the time of booking. We may change prices for future bookings at any time.
  • Class packs and monthly memberships are subject to the validity periods stated at the time of purchase (5-Class Pack: 3 months from purchase; Monthly Unlimited: one calendar month, renewing until cancelled).

3. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your Class by replying to your booking email or contacting support@gzxhv.com.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Class, and no-shows, are not refundable, but we may at our discretion offer a credit toward a future Class.
  • If we cancel a Class (for example, instructor illness or insufficient attendance), you will be offered a full refund of any amount paid or a free transfer to another date — your choice.
  • Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Monthly Unlimited memberships can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing month, and may be paused once per calendar year for up to one month.

4. Attendance and conduct

  • Adult Classes are open to participants aged 16 and over. Kids Street Dance is for children aged 7–12 and must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain reachable for the duration of the Class.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your first Class to check in.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave, without refund, in cases of intoxication, harassment, or behaviour that endangers or disturbs other participants or staff.
  • Clean indoor footwear is required in the studio.

5. Health and safety

  • Dance is physical exercise. By attending a Class you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to participate, and that you will inform the instructor of any injury or medical condition that may affect your participation.
  • If you feel pain or discomfort during a Class, stop and inform the instructor.
  • If you are unsure whether a Class is suitable for you, consult a medical professional before attending.
  • Participation is at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Personal belongings

Storage space is available in the studio, but items are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, so please do not bring valuables you cannot keep with you.

7. Photography and video

We occasionally take photos or short videos during Classes for our own promotional use. We will always announce this at the start of the Class, and you may opt out at any time by telling the instructor — opting out never affects your participation. We will not use identifiable images of children without written consent from a parent or guardian.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, and design — belongs to Dance Gz or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Choreography taught in Classes is for your personal learning and enjoyment.

9. Changes to the timetable and these Terms

We may update the class timetable, instructors, prices for future bookings, and these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms in force when you make a booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
